Dear readers, In preparation for Rema's next phase of existence, whatever that may be, I will be retiring the Rema novel archives (http://remanmyth.blogspot.com) Monday, June 30th (next week). It's a decision that's been on my mind since serialization ended, since that was basically its broadcast run. This doesn't mean that you will never see the book again, but it does mean that the serialized online version won't be available after next week. If you follow my Twitter account, then you know I've rewritten the beginning and have been working on streamlining the entire book. The one online doesn't reflect where the book is now, and to contin

Hello Deviant art peeps! Last night I posted a long overdue reader survey on the Rema blog. You can leave anonymous responses there should you choose to participate. If you're curious, please click here. Thank you and I'm continuously amazed anyone still follows me. Thank you for all the confidence and support. <3 -Amy

(This has been copied from my art blog. To see the original post, click here.) For those that don't know or missed it, Rema book one is now complete and online to read! Since finishing, I have been quietly working with my dear agent to improve the book and test the waters for submission with a publisher. After generously reading the entire thing, the book was sadly rejected by an editor I greatly respect and would like to work with one day, however this is a blessing in disguise for many reasons (thank you editor!). Mostly, no matter how hard self publishing is, I am in control of my own schedule. Getting traditionally published means hard

I was so amazed by your story in 'Goosebumps' 'Deep Trouble'. I loved it so much :D! I want to see part two ^-^
Thank you! It was so much fun and I'm proud of it. Glad you liked it! (The story reminded me of Splash, one of my fav movies! ;)
I was thinking of just going on and posting on your blogspot, but I think I'll post here instead. I finished reading Rema, and I have to say that I love it absolutely, and completely! Ever since I stumbled into your work when I was in middle school, you have astounded and inspired me. When I think of a creative force, not unlike bards in tales and how a story can be magical, you're the first person to come to my mind. Your artwork, both written and illustrated, make me feel giddy and hopeful. I'm really glad that you decided to finish the story, and do so on your own terms. I'm not sure if it's an unusual thing to say, but I feel like I should thank you for working so hard and sharing parts of your internal worlds with us. So - thank you! I salute you, captain. *salutes*
Wow! I'm a little speechless here, and teary-eyed. Thank you. Just thank you. Huggle!
Huggle! You're welcome! Hearing back from you made me very happy. I hope you're having a good evening! :D
I am really glad that you decided to continue with your story Rema, even if it wasn't in webcomic format. I have to say your comic/stories have been a great inspiration to me and it makes me want to continue drawing and writing. :)
